Mas De Una is transforming into a year-long mission by broadening our initiatives and programs beyond one event. As we mature into a fully-fledged organization, we will also obtain our not-for-profit status. We are excited about this journey and the positive impact we will create along the way. We are laying foundations for a strong launch in January 2025, for national mentoring month.

This transformation involves:

• Ongoing Support: Establishing continuous mentorship and sponsorship opportunities that connect senior Latina leaders with emerging talent throughout the year.

• Monthly Themes and Events: Implementing monthly themes focused on various aspects of personal and professional development, providing resources, workshops, and networking events to engage members year-round.

• Community Building: Creating a vibrant community of Latinas who can support and uplift each other consistently, fostering lasting relationships and connections.

• Awareness Campaigns: Launch campaigns that highlight Latinas' achievements and challenges in the workplace, keeping the conversation going beyond Hispanic Heritage Month.

• Collaborations and Partnerships: Collaborating with organizations and businesses to create programs and resources that promote ongoing growth and empowerment for Latinas.
